CITY OF PITTSBURGH RESIDENTS: The City Planning Commission approved legislation that will have serious long-term impacts on our neighborhhods with the intent to submit to City Council for approval. The legislation would: Allow residential group homes of up to 10 people in any building or house in the City without community notification or public process; approve changing a school or nursing home into a large homeless shelter and waive zoning regulation to allow a group home to operate anywhere in District 2 or the City of Pittsburgh at large. The City Council vote is OUR VOICE. Please be at the Public Hearing on Tuesday October 15 at 2 pm in the City County Building 6th floor learning lab at 414 Grant Street.
